In March 2004, he was qualified as a doctoral supervisor at Hunan University, and in March 2006, he was qualified as a doctoral supervisor at Changsha University of Science and Technology. Mainly engaged in teaching, scientific research and scientific and technological services in the field of vehicle safety and intelligence, focusing on research on vehicle dynamics, vehicle collision safety, vehicle automatic collision avoidance, structural dynamics and other aspects. He presided over our school’s first national 863 plan project and presided over a number of other scientific research projects. Research results have been published in Zoomlion, Beiqi Foton, Guilin Daewoo, SAIC-GM-Wuling Motor Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., Hunan Jinpeng Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hunan Pengxiang Frame Co., Ltd., Hunan Provincial Highway Bureau, Changsha Units such as the "Automotive/Guardrail Collision Laboratory" of the Polytechnic University have been promoted and applied. The most has been used continuously for more than 22 years, currently generating social and economic benefits of more than 10 billion yuan/year, and 3 results are being promoted and applied by 3 other companies. Among them, 2 invention patents have signed transfer contracts, and 1 achievement has been signed at the 2009 China (Changsha) Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Fair, with a contract amount of 30 million yuan.
The large-scale structural collision laboratory developed by the institute has an effective traction runway length of 216 meters and can carry out ship-bridge collision tests, car-bridge collision tests, car collision tests, car rollover tests, and car-guardrail collisions. Tests, vehicle-traffic facility collision tests and other tests, the indoor electric traction large-structure collision laboratory with a maximum traction mass of 18,000kg and a maximum collision speed of 120km/h has been put into operation. Features of this laboratory:
(1) The only large laboratory in the world capable of conducting ship-bridge collision tests;
(2) The world's largest indoor electric traction vehicle-bridge collision Laboratory;
(3) China’s only indoor electric traction vehicle-traffic facility collision laboratory;
(4) South China’s only automobile-guardrail collision laboratory;

(5) The automobile collision and automobile rollover laboratory with the largest testing capacity in China.
The purpose of this laboratory: to do experiments that others cannot do.
Won the national-level candidate for the New Century Hundreds and Thousands of Talents Project, an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, the first-level candidate for the New Century Hundreds and Thousands of Talents Project of the Ministry of Communications, and the "Third Hunan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Outstanding Award" "(Top Ten Outstanding Youths in Hunan Province), the 4th Hunan Province Youth Science and Technology Award, and 14 national, provincial and ministerial level awards and honorary titles, including Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers in the National Transportation System.
Has published more than 50 papers, 5 monographs, 1 textbook, and obtained 5 invention patents and 8 utility model patents. The "Car/Guardrail Crash Laboratory" under the leadership of the President has a maximum test capacity of 18t and 120km/h. It is the only large laboratory in southern my country that can perform both car crash tests and guardrail crash tests.
Concurrently serves as the sixth editorial board member of "Vibration and Impact", the editorial board member of "Journal of Changsha University of Science and Technology (Natural Science Edition)", the editorial board member of "Transportation Science and Engineering" and other social positions.
