This technology is completely different from the passive anti-wear technology of thickening the surface of water wall. Instead, alloy grating plates are installed on the heating surface of the furnace along the horizontal and vertical directions to form an active anti-wear technology of grating anti-wear net. By dredging the internal circulation of materials in the furnace, optimizing the surface flow field of water wall, eliminating local eddy current, reducing the friction between logistics particles and water wall and the cutting force of collision, the problem of water wall wear is effectively solved.
