How to be recognized as a franchise contract

Franchise contracts are considered to meet the following standards: 1. Franchise contract refers to a contract in which the franchisor licenses its business resources to the franchisee, and the franchisee operates in accordance with the agreement and pays the franchise fee to the franchisor; 2. The main identity between the franchisor and the franchisee of the franchise contract is independent, and the franchisee is permitted to use the business resources. Legal basis: Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Franchise in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that commercial franchising as mentioned in this Regulation hereinafter refers to that an enterprise owns business resources such as registered trademarks, enterprise logos, patents and proprietary technologies, which are licensed to other operators in the form of contracts, and the franchisee conducts business under a unified business model according to the contract and pays franchise fees to the franchisor.
