Legal analysis: the structure of the defendant's power of attorney in civil litigation is:

1. Title: entitled "Power of Attorney for Litigation" or "Power of Attorney for Civil Litigation";

2. Header: indicate the name, gender, age, nationality, native place, occupation, work unit and address of the entrusting party and the entrusted party;

3. Text: indicate the voluntary and entrusted matters of the client and the scope of authority granted to the agent;

4. The entrusting party and the entrusted party shall sign and seal, and indicate the written time.
