Replacement steps of vibration motor bearings
There are two main types of vibration motors used with vibrating screens. Vertical vibration motors are mainly used in rotary vibrating screens. Horizontal vibration motors can be used in various vibrating screening equipment, and the vibration motor is the main source of vibration for the vibrating screen. Its important position can be imagined. The vibration motor uses heavy-duty bearings, which can carry a certain axial load. Regardless of the installation direction, the bearing life is not affected by the axial load force.
1. Disassemble the bearings
(1) Remove the protective covers at both ends of the vibration motor (the vertical vibration motor does not have protective covers), and record the exciting force of the eccentric block when it is working. to restore the original working condition during installation;
(2) Remove the shaft retaining rings at both shaft ends;
(3) Loosen the outer eccentric block fastening bolts , remove the outer eccentric block, and remove the shaft key if there is one. Loosen the inner eccentric block fastening bolts and remove the inner eccentric block;
(4) Remove the bearing seat pressing bolts, screw appropriate bolts into the bearing seat disassembly screw holes, and remove the bearing seat from the machine Eject it from the shell;
(5) Remove the bearing gland from the bearing seat, press the bearing out of the bearing seat or use appropriate bolts to eject it;
( 6) If the bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with a separable inner and outer sleeve, the inner sleeve of the bearing should be removed from the shaft and placed into the original bearing outer sleeve;
(7) Thoroughly clean the oil stains on each component.
2. Install the bearings
When replacing the new bearings of the vibration motor, the same bearings as the original model must be used.
(1) Wash the bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat, fill the rollers of the outer ring of the bearing with Shell No. 3 lithium grease to two-thirds full, apply it evenly with clean hands, and install it. Bearing gland, use fastening bolts coated with bolt locking glue to compress the bearing gland;
(2) The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with a separable inner and outer outer shell. The inner sleeve of the bearing should be installed on the rotating shaft. and in place;
(3) Install the bearing seat on the casing. If there is a grease filling hole, it must be aligned. Use fastening bolts coated with bolt locking glue to compress the bearing seat;
(4) Install the inner and outer eccentric blocks on the rotating shaft and put them in place. If there is a shaft key, install the shaft key into the keyway and then install it. External eccentric block, install the shaft on the rotating shaft with a retaining ring;
(5) Tightly fix the eccentric block fastening bolts, rotate the adjustable eccentric block until it reaches the angular position before removal and tighten it Tighten the bolts. After the above assembly is completed, the rotating shaft should have a certain axial movement;
(6) Fasten the protective covers at both ends of the vibration motor with screws.
