Provides a new series of medium-high carbon and low-alloy steel plates, which are produced through continuous casting. Roll forming and controlled cooling heat treatment are performed to obtain ultra-fine bainite ferrite and residual high-carbon austenite complex structure, with an excellent comprehensive strength of 1800~2500MPa, hardness HB550~700, and toughness 10~50J/cm mechanical properties.
2. High manganese steel frog welding technology
Using the design theory and idea of ??gradient transition of material properties, design a physical property and organizational structure between high manganese steel and high carbon The material between the steels is used as the welding material, and combined with the flash welding method, the welding of high manganese steel frogs and carbon steel rails is realized.
This achievement has contributed to improving the speed of my country's railways. Welded high-manganese steel frogs manufactured using this technology have been exported to railway lines in more than 30 countries and regions including the United States and Canada.
