Is it infringement to sell origami works created by others (such as wine glasses, roses and dollar bills)?
I think it should count. Origami design should not enjoy patent right, but should enjoy copyright. Copyright does not need to be registered, just like writing a book. Once a work is created, the author enjoys the copyright. A small object like Kawasaki Rose may not be easy to imagine, but if someone sells his own Dragon God 3.5, it is easy to imagine that this is a legitimate infringement. (Just like selling a book is an infringement)
