Need to change the recording project.
1. Submit a declaration describing the change of the project and a certificate describing the change of the project, where the change certificate is in any of the following circumstances:
(1) If the inventor requests to change the name, he shall submit the certificate issued by the household registration administration department.
(2) Where the inventor requests a change due to omission or wrong filling, it shall submit the certificate signed or sealed by all applicants (or patentees) and all inventors before the change.
(3) Where a change request is made due to a dispute over the inventor's qualification, and the dispute is settled through consultation, a rights transfer agreement signed or sealed by all parties shall be submitted. If it is settled through mediation by the local intellectual property management department, a mediation letter issued by the department shall be submitted; If the dispute is determined by mediation or judgment of the people's court, it shall be submitted to the people's court for effective mediation or judgment. After receiving the judgment of the court of first instance, the examiner shall notify the other parties to confirm whether to appeal. If the examiner fails to reply or explicitly refuses to appeal within the specified time limit, the judgment shall be revised according to this judgment; If a party files an appeal, it shall submit a certificate issued by the people's court at a higher level, and the judgment of the original people's court shall have no legal effect; If the dispute is mediated or decided by an arbitration institution, an arbitration mediation book or an arbitration award shall be submitted.
(4) Where the Chinese translation is requested to be revised, the inventor's statement shall be submitted.
PS: One certification document only corresponds to one description item change request. Where the same description item is changed continuously, the supporting documents shall be submitted separately.
2. Cost: 200 yuan. Unless otherwise specified, the handling fee for changing the recorded items shall be paid within one month from the date of making the request; If it is not paid or paid in full at the expiration of the period, it shall be deemed that it has not submitted the declaration on the change of the specification items.
3. Received notice: if it does not meet the requirements, it shall be deemed that it has not submitted the notice; If it meets the requirements, a notice of conformity shall be issued.
