Applicable if conditions permit. You can apply to China Copyright Center, and issue a certificate of work registration after registration, so as to obtain copyright. Apply to the State Patent Office for a design patent, and after going through the examination and formalities, authorize the issuance of a design patent certificate, that is, obtain a design patent (an annual fee is required).
