Why there are two different technical application documents for the same patent application number!

For an invention patent, if it is authorized normally, there are generally two sets of texts, one is the public text at the time of publication and the other is the announcement text at the time of authorization. The application number in these two sets of texts is the same. There are two sets of texts, because the examination procedure of the invention is preliminary examination-> publicity-> actual examination-> authorization announcement. Because there are two public links, there are two sets of text. In terms of content, the public text is usually the original submitted text content, while the announcement text is the authorized text content after review.
