How to arrange the high-rise pump pipes in general?

Follow two principles

The principles of "short route, few elbows and dense joints" and "it is advisable to shorten the length of pipeline and use fewer elbows and hoses".

1. The pipeline shall be laid to ensure construction safety. When laying horizontal pipeline, the pipeline should be laid from far and near to the farthest pouring point, and then gradually dismantle the pipeline in the direction of the pump during pouring.

2. The horizontal pipe on the ground is generally fixed, but the horizontal pipe on the floor needs to be re-laid every time a layer is poured.

3. The riser can be laid along the external wall or column of the building, or set by the tower of the tower crane. A base should be set at the bottom of the riser to prevent the pipe from sinking due to gravity and impact, and a check valve should be set at the bottom of the riser to prevent the concrete from flowing backwards when the pump is stopped.

4. Some concrete pump trucks are equipped with telescopic or folding boom, and there is a hose at its end, which can directly transport concrete to the pouring site, which is very convenient to use.

5. Easy to clean, troubleshoot, assemble and maintain.
