Chen Ying joined Wuzong Township in Tongzhou City in 1964 and taught at the "Gengdu" primary school. In 1970, she taught in the "junior and high school classes attached to Xixidun Primary School in Wuzong Township."
High school students teaching high school must also practice basic skills. After long-term and unremitting efforts, we finally achieved a leap in teaching that is no longer a "technical class" but better than a "technical class". In the first high school mathematics competition in Nantong County in 1978, 16 students in the county won prizes. Four of the students in his "hatted" class with third- and fourth-rate students won prizes.
After studying full-time at Jiangsu Institute of Education in 1982, he was assigned to work in Tongzhou Middle School. Teacher Chen’s teaching has two major characteristics: first, humbly ask for advice from peers, especially teachers from different subjects. When comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines is involved in teaching, he can not only solve difficult problems easily, but also use "questions" to put forward new questions with a certain degree of thinking in a forward-looking manner. 2. I implement the "Student Problem Solving Patent Law" (jokingly called it). Whenever a wonderful solution to a classic problem or a new proposition is proposed, I will record it in which class and which classmate it came from, and use their name. They are named "××× method" and "××× proposition".
Teacher Chen is obsessed with “numbering” and takes pleasure in “numbering”. The unique features of his personalized research are: first, the idea is the most conventional; second, the solution is both concise and easy for students to accept; third, he lifts the "hidden cover" of the original question and reveals its hidden background - allowing students to I couldn't help but sigh: "Huh? That's it!" "Oh, it's just that!" "Hey, actually it's okay...".
Under his careful guidance, more than two people won the first prize in the provincial "Olympiad" in each session, and at most five people won the national award in one year. In the 1996 National "Olympiad", student Wu Qinjian won the first prize in the country and joined the national winter camp training team.
He pays attention to the research of educational science and actively writes scientific research papers in his spare time. He has successively undertaken research on the school’s “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and “Tenth Five-Year Plan” projects, and published dozens of scientific research papers in national and provincial newspapers and periodicals such as "Jiangsu Education", "Middle School Mathematics Magazine", "Mathematics Monthly", including "From The article "The Characteristics of Image Thinking Looks at the Penetration of Mathematical Thoughts" won the first prize in the Jiangsu Province Mathematics Education Paper Competition. It was collected by the National People's Congress Library and Newspaper Information Center and published as the first article in this journal in February 1998. "Nantong Examination Cases" with approximately 350,000 words, of which he is one of the chief editors, has been published by Peking University Press. The book "Autonomous Learning and Testing" edited by him and published by Jiangsu Education Press has become one of the favorite extracurricular readings for middle school students.
In addition, he was invited by the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Educational Science to attend the "New Curriculum Spirit and Classroom Teaching Reform" observation seminar, taught on the same stage with nationally renowned professors and teachers, and gave demonstration classes. And participated in course evaluation as a member of the provincial expert group. He also served as a special guest to give high school mathematics review lectures for Jiangsu Education TV, Yangzhou TV and Nantong TV.
Today, he has sent away his eleventh high school graduating class. Many of the students have become well-known scholars at home and abroad.
In 1988, he was named a model worker in Jiangsu Province. In 1989, he was promoted to senior middle school teacher.
