Ukraine Trademark Examination Process: Application documents with complete application documents will be granted an application date after acceptance. After the trademark registration application is accepted, the applicant can correct errors or make corrections as required by the review within 2 months. If the applicant fails to make the required corrections within the prescribed time limit, the application will be deemed abandoned. During the substantive application, the Patent Office may require the applicant to submit necessary supplementary documents, which the applicant should submit within 2 months.
