Interim Provisions on Off-campus Teaching Practice and Social Practice of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of off-campus teaching practice and social practice in ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as ordinary colleges and universities) and ensure the smooth progress of students' off-campus teaching practice and social practice, these provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the actual situation of our province. Article 2 All arrangements for ordinary college students to carry out off-campus teaching practice and social practice activities within the administrative area of our province shall abide by these provisions. Article 3 College students' off-campus teaching practice refers to the professional practice teaching link that is included in the teaching plan of colleges and universities and completed outside the school. It mainly includes: cognition practice, production practice and graduation design of science and engineering, agriculture and forestry; Teaching practice and social investigation of liberal arts; Medical clinical practice and probation; Educational practice and probation in normal schools. College students' social practice refers to the practical activities of contacting, learning and serving the society outside the school in a planned and organized way, which mainly includes social investigation, public welfare work and social service. Article 4 The Shandong Provincial Education Commission shall be responsible for the guidance, coordination and management of off-campus teaching practice and social practice (hereinafter referred to as practice) in colleges and universities in the province, and establish a joint conference system. The joint meeting is led by the Provincial Education Commission, attended by the heads of relevant departments, and held at least once a year to study, coordinate and solve the problems existing in the internship. Fifth colleges and universities off-campus practical activities of the task arrangement, by the Provincial Education Commission in accordance with the provisions of the relevant departments and units agreed. Chapter II Construction of Bases Article 6 The construction of off-campus practice bases shall be in the charge of the competent departments of colleges and universities under the coordination of the Provincial Education Commission in accordance with the principles of "being close to the site, mutual benefit, professional counterparts and relative stability". The teaching practice bases of various majors are arranged by the corresponding business departments of provinces, cities and counties respectively. The social practice base is arranged by the people's government (administrative office) of the city where the school is located. Article 7 The establishment of off-campus practice bases can take the following forms: fixed hook; Establish a trinity of teaching, scientific research and production; School-enterprise cooperation in running schools; Relevant competent departments uniformly distribute points, etc. Eighth qualified, long-term and stable practice base should be fixed in the form of a contract, which will be announced after being audited by the Provincial Education Commission and the relevant competent departments. Chapter III Responsibilities Article 9 It is the common responsibility and obligation of the whole society to do well the internship of college students, and relevant departments and units should actively accept and support the internship of college students.

Colleges and units that accept internships should regularly study and solve problems in internship work on the principle of equal consultation, mutual benefit, two-way support and joint responsibility. Article 10 Duties of ordinary institutions of higher learning

(a) ordinary colleges and universities should have a famous school (college) level leader in charge, and clearly define the functional institutions and personnel responsible for student internships.

(two) to formulate the internship system of the school (hospital).

(three) in accordance with the requirements of the teaching plan and syllabus, formulate the internship outline and internship plan to ensure the number of internship teaching hours. For majors that need to operate in their posts, they should work out the rules for students' posts in conjunction with the internship units, and cooperate with the teaching staff to carry out operation procedures and safety education for students.

(four) designated teachers with practical experience and strong sense of responsibility as practice instructors.

(five) give priority to the technical personnel and management personnel of the internship unit for further study.

(six) give priority to providing scientific and technological information, product information, patent information, books and other services for the internship units. Give priority to the transfer of scientific and technological achievements to internship units, jointly carry out scientific research, help solve technical problems in production, and send high-level teachers as part-time consultants to guide development and research.

(7) Those who are good at political thinking, have a high professional level and a strong sense of responsibility, and have been engaged in teaching for a long time in the internship unit may be awarded the title of part-time teacher with the consent of the unit where they work, according to the relevant provisions on the evaluation and appointment of teachers' positions.

(eight) colleges and universities should take care of the needs of internship units when distributing graduates. Colleges and universities that recruit students who walk should give priority to the excellent middle school graduates who accept internships.

(four) to select personnel with certain practical experience and theoretical level (generally above intermediate technical positions) and strong sense of responsibility to engage in practical teaching, and to maintain a relatively stable, in order to ensure the quality of teaching.

(5) Educating students on operating procedures and safety, and properly handling production accidents caused by technical problems or careless operation of interns should be distinguished from liability accidents.

(six) give priority to providing scientific research projects to institutions of higher learning and jointly carry out scientific and technological research.

(seven) according to the requirements of the provincial education commission and the competent department to report the student internship.
