On May 24th, 2006, the DF 1 1Z diesel locomotive developed and produced by Qishuyan Factory passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by China South Locomotive Group. At present, there are five groups of DF 1 1Z locomotives with car numbers of 000 1A, B~0005A and B.
Because it is in the initial stage of research and development, the reliability of some parts of the locomotive can not exceed the original NY6 locomotive made in Germany by the Special Transport Department. At the initial stage when locomotives are assigned to operating units, they only perform general passenger transport tasks, and in a few cases, they perform special transport tasks. Now, since DF 1 1Z 001-0004 locomotives have all completed the axle mileage measurement, all four groups of DF11Z locomotives can formally carry out the special transport task. Df11z00052015 was delivered, and it is still in the ring.
At present, DF 1 1Z locomotives are running on the Beijing-Qinhuangdao line. Y509 tourist train, or T5687 express train (one of which must be it).

The lower part of the front window is equipped with a rain scraper (with a glass cleaning device) and a marker lamp. The side window adopts aluminum alloy frame and moves up and down. Electric heaters are installed at the lower parts of the windows on both sides. The doors outside the through train are arranged on both sides of the cab, and the internal doors leading to the rooms of the car body are arranged on the left and right sides of the rear partition wall. Facilities such as emergency brake valve, fire extinguishing device and air conditioning control box are installed in the partition wall, and air conditioners and electric heaters are also installed under the partition wall to adjust the indoor temperature. The walls around the room are filled with high damping sound-absorbing materials and covered with decorative plates to form a sealed space with sound insulation and heat insulation, so as to ensure that the indoor noise of drivers meets the requirements specified in GB3450- 1982. There is a ceiling at the top, with lights and electric fans on it.
The left side of the electrical room is provided with a low-voltage electrical cabinet, the right side is provided with a high-voltage electrical cabinet, and the left side of the front roof partition wall is provided with an air conditioning power supply.
The left side of the front part of the motor room is provided with a main silicon rectifier cabinet, and the lower part is provided with a cooling rectifier cabinet and a fan for pulling the generator; The right side of the front part is equipped with a microcomputer cabinet, and the lower part is equipped with a ventilator, which is used for cooling the traction motor of the front bogie and positive pressure ventilation of the high and low voltage electrical cabinets. The rear part is provided with a front gear box, a starter generator, an induction exciter, a tachometer generator and an excitation rectifier cabinet. There are two resistance braking devices above the front gearbox. There is a movable door in the middle of the front partition, which can enter the electrical room.
The power room is equipped with a diesel generator set. The left side of the diesel generator set is provided with two sets of oil transfer pumps and fuel coarse filters, and the right side is provided with a fuel preheater and an auxiliary fuel pump. The pressurized air filter and the body ventilator are installed on the left and right side walls of the bicycle. The lower part of the rear partition plate is provided with an expansion water tank and a measuring instrument.
The upper part of the cooling chamber is a V-shaped cooling device, and 48 sets of double-channel copper radiators and 2 cooling fans are installed in the included angle. The bottom of the V-shaped frame is equipped with two oil-gas radiators with hydrostatic system. In the middle of the room, from front to back, there are the rear gear box, the fan of the traction motor of the cooled bogie and the air compressor-motor unit. Its upper left side is provided with an oil heat exchanger, and its right side is provided with a chemical fiber oil filter and a starter oil pump. Both sides of the lower part of the V-shaped frame of the front partition wall are provided with hydrostatic transmission oil tanks. The lower part of the rear partition wall is provided with a track rewinder.
The auxiliary room is equipped with a preheating boiler and an auxiliary diesel generator set. There is a living cabinet above the auxiliary diesel generator set, which is equipped with freezer, microwave oven, preheating boiler control box and toolbox. An air dryer is arranged at the upper right of the front partition, and a brake valve installation cabinet is arranged at the lower right. The left side of the rear partition wall is provided with an escalator leading to the roof. The right side is equipped with a rectifier power supply. There is an electric water heater at the left rear corner. There is a hand brake device in the right rear corner with a wardrobe on it. The locomotive is equipped with 16V280ZJA diesel engine, 16 cylinder, V-shaped arrangement, 50-degree included angle, cylinder diameter of 280mm, piston stroke of 285mm, four-stroke, direct injection, open combustion chamber, exhaust gas turbocharging and high-pressure high-power diesel engine with intermediate cooling of pressurized air. The rated power is 3860KW, the rated speed 1000r/min, the fuel consumption rate under rated working conditions is 208g/(kWh), and the maximum working power is 36 10kW. The machine body is made of QT500-7 ductile iron. Crankshaft is forged with 42CrMo alloy steel, and all fibers are extruded. Adopt steel top aluminum skirt combined piston and engine oil oscillation cooling mode; The parallel connecting rod is 42CrMo alloy steel; Wet cylinder liner, cast by boron alloy cast iron. The cylinder head adopts a four-bolt fastening structure. The high injection pressure single fuel injection pump, multi-hole closed fuel injector and PGEV governor imported from Woodward Company of the United States are adopted. Gear transmission mechanism is used to drive camshaft, high-temperature water pump, intercooling water pump, oil pump, governor, overspeed parking device and diesel engine tachometer. The left and right camshafts respectively drive the intake and exhaust valves of the left and right rows of cylinders and the unit fuel injection pump.
The shell of the diesel engine and the traction generator are connected into a whole through a connecting box. The flange at the output end of the crankshaft is connected with the coupling through bolts, and the coupling drives the rotor shaft of the synchronous generator. The output shaft of the traction generator drives the front gear box through the universal shaft; The crankshaft gear and spiral spring damper at the free end of the diesel engine are connected with the crankshaft. The crankshaft at the free end of diesel engine drives the rear gearbox through rubber elastic coupling and universal shaft.
The diesel engine adopts VTC254- 13 turbocharger imported from Swiss ABB company. Built-in bearing structure is adopted, the compressor is single-stage centrifugal and the turbine is single-stage axial flow, allowing the working speed to reach 28,260 rpm. Use segmented copper intercooler. The air brake system adopts JZ-7 air brake operated by single end. It is the same as Dongfeng 1 1G locomotive except that it has no electro-pneumatic braking function. The air source system adopts Knohl's 1 W450-4 air compressor and LTZ3.2H air dryer.
