The development history of solvent-free laminating machines

The solvent-free composite process began in Germany in the 1970s. In 1974, Germany's Herberts Company put one-component solvent-free adhesive into industrial production, marking the official promotion of solvent-free lamination. In the 1980s, solvent-free composite technology developed rapidly in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. In the late 1990s, Japan also gradually began to pay attention to solvent-free compounding and achieved great development. In India, Russia, Brazil and other countries, solvent-free compounding has gradually become the dominant compounding process.

In 1985, my country introduced solvent-free polyurethane adhesive production technology and equipment from the German Henkel Company by the Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry. However, in the past two decades, solvent-free compounding has continued to develop in China. The development has been very slow.

In 2008, the first domestic solvent-free laminating machine independently developed by Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. was put into the market. Subsequently, adhesive suppliers such as Shanghai Kangda and Beijing Keju also launched Solvent-free adhesive products.

In 2009, Tongze's solvent-free laminating machine was recognized by domestic customers, adopted by many flexible packaging companies, and exported to Malaysia. As the domestic solvent-free lamination market gradually heats up, some internationally renowned glue suppliers such as Henkel, Bostik, Rohmhass, etc. have also begun to vigorously promote their solvent-free adhesive products in China. Subsequently, many domestic glue manufacturers have launched solvent-free adhesive products.

In January 2010, Nordmeccanica, the world's largest solvent-free laminating machine manufacturer, established a branch in Shanghai and achieved a lot in just a few months. Tongze Company also achieved impressive results this year. As of June, Tongze Company had received orders for more than 10 solvent-free laminating machines.

In March 2010, Wen Liya Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully developed a solvent-free laminating machine and successfully tested it. Participated in the South China Printing Exhibition in March 2010 and the Shanghai International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition in April 2010.

In June 2010, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. obtained the invention patent certificate for the solvent-free laminating machine, and obtained 8 utility model patents on some key structures and supporting mixing devices.

In May 2011, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully launched the first domestic solvent-free composite testing machine with a maximum speed of 450 meters/minute.

In March 2012, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. launched the SSL1300C solvent-free laminating machine with a maximum laminating speed of 450 m/min.

In May 2012, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd., as the only solvent-free laminating machine manufacturer in China to participate in the Drupa International Printing Exhibition in Germany, exhibited a number of inventions Patented, internationally leading technology high-speed solvent-free laminating machine and mixing machine. At the exhibition, it received widespread attention and recognition from flexible packaging industry manufacturers around the world.

In September 2012, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully launched and demonstrated the internationally leading high-speed SSL1300D solvent-free laminating machine with a speed of up to 600 m/min.

In May 2013, Guangzhou Tongze Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the 8th Beijing International Printing Technology Expo (ChinaPrint 2013) with its SSL1000AT dual-station solvent-free laminating machine. This is the first domestic dual-station solvent-free laminating machine.

In June 2013, Chongqing Xinshida recently launched the WRJl3 solvent-free laminating machine. This equipment can achieve a machine speed of 330m/min and operates very smoothly. This machine adopts the solvent-free composite profit control system independently developed by Xinshida, MCP precise gap adjustment, CCM real-time coating amount detection system, and FMCS fool-proof glue dispensing system. Moreover, this machine also adopts MWP material width addressing, and only four rubber rollers can meet all products.

In February 2014, Xinshida developed a two-position dual-station solvent-free laminating machine manufacturing technology, which can realize the simultaneous lamination of one side of the base material with an aluminum film and one side with a non-aluminum film.

Chongqing Xinshida has organized the fifth and sixth solvent-free technology seminars to share solvent-free composite technology, and hired Italian solvent-free composite experts to help customers solve solvent-free composite process problems. Chongqing Xinshida's solvent-free composite technology is at the leading level in China.
