Is it okay not to use the track balance support wheel?
Track balance support wheels are not allowed. Roller is one of the main components in the four-wheel belt of crawler construction machinery chassis. Its main function is to support the weight of excavators and bulldozers, so that the track can move along the wheels. Many steel grades of rolls produced by domestic manufacturers are not up to standard, and the heat treatment process has not been brought into play. Vicious competition in the market has led to cutting corners on several important structures of the product, such as the reduction of the round diameter of the wheel body, the thinning of the supporting shaft and the shortening of the length of the copper sleeve. The reduction of the round diameter of the wheel body becomes the acceleration of the linear speed of the wheel, and the greater the friction force borne by the shaft sleeve. So is the thinning of the support shaft. Similarly, the impact strength will be insufficient, and it will be deformed or broken according to the axis. The copper sleeve plays a friction role, and the copper layer is not easy to fall off until it is rolled. When it is over 0.35mm, it will reach the standard, so the significance of reducing the length of the copper sleeve roller will be lost. Reducing the length is equivalent to reducing the stress area. Therefore, to solve these shortcomings, domestic products have great advantages over foreign products.
