Focus on the comprehensive utilization of grain in brewing, fermentation, food additives, baking and other fields. (4) Pay close attention to saving food transportation. Combined with the preparation and implementation of modern grain logistics development planning, vigorously develop new grain transportation equipment, strictly implement grain loading and unloading operation standards, popularize the technology of "bulk" grain (bulk, bulk transportation, bulk unloading and bulk storage), and strengthen the construction of supporting facilities such as transit, collection and distribution facilities and bulk grain transportation inspection and testing. (6) Do a good job in saving the canteen. The canteens of government organs, schools, enterprises and institutions should change their management and service mechanisms, actively promote the outsourcing of catering services, strengthen economic accounting and cost control, and strengthen the procurement, storage and processing management of grain, non-staple food and raw materials. It is necessary to implement refined management, improve the way of feeding and dining, and supply a small amount of food to facilitate diners to choose the right amount. Signs or posters should be placed in restaurants to remind diners to pay attention to economy, and managers should strengthen inspection and criticize and educate those who cause waste.
