After welding, a large punch is used, and the whole stamping process ensures the accuracy of the shape and size of the floor. Anti-corrosion treatment of floor steel surface After welding, the floor adopts automatic spraying equipment, which makes the coating uniform, has strong binding force and has high anti-corrosion and anti-rust ability. The inner cavity of the floor is filled with foamed cement, and the inner cavity is made of nontoxic No.425 Portland cement. The strength, curing degree, fine particle size and safety of cement meet the requirements of the national testing department. The foam pore system is uniform and dense, the cement density reaches 1.2g/3 after grouting, and the interior of the steel floor is completely plump after grouting. Stamping forming of upper and lower plates: the lower plate is integrally formed by a large press with 800 tons and 350 tons, and the structure adopts the hexagonal star structure patented by our factory, which makes the floor firmer and more beautiful in appearance. The upper plate is integrally stamped at one time, so that the positioning and connection of the upper and lower plates are more accurate and the accuracy is reliably guaranteed. Welding combination of upper and lower plates: the welding combination of upper and lower plates is welded by ten rows of multi-head semi-automatic spot welders controlled by microcomputer imported from the United States, which makes the floor structure firmer and the surface smoother. Decorative surface bonding: HPL board is bonded to the upper surface of the floor.
