Citizens moving from rural areas to cities must hold an employment certificate from the urban labor department, a school admission certificate, or a certificate from the urban household registration authority approving the move, and apply to the household registration authority at the place of permanent residence for relocation. Go through the formalities.
Citizens who move to border areas must obtain approval from the public security organs of the county, city, or municipal district where they have their permanent residence.
