How is the high-tech enterprise certification graded?

High-tech enterprise declaration indicators

First, let’s introduce the evaluation indicators of high-tech enterprises:

1. Intellectual property rights: 30 points;

2. 30 points for technological transformation;

3. 20 points for R&D management;

4. 20 points for financial growth.

These four indicators adopt a weighted scoring method. A score of 70 or above is passed. The higher the score, the higher the passing rate. Based on these four points, Fangyuan Shengshi will propose a plan for the enterprise to apply for a high-tech enterprise.

1. Intellectual Property Rights (30 points)

Intellectual property rights include: invention patents, utility models, appearance patents, software copyrights, etc. When applying for high-tech enterprises, the main scoring items are invention patents, utility models and software copyrights, so companies can focus on applying for these items. Among them, the weight of invention patents is second, followed by utility models and software copyrights. If there is no invention patent, you can apply for more utility models and software copyrights, and you can get higher scores.

2. Technology transformation ( 30 points)

This item is comprehensively evaluated based on the annual average number of transformations of scientific and technological achievements in the past three years. The stronger the transformation ability, the higher the score. The same scientific and technological achievements have been transformed at home and abroad, or transformed into multiple Products, services, processes, samples, prototypes, etc. are only counted as one item.

3. R&D management (20 points)

Note that the R&D management score refers to the company’s R&D Expenses, scientific research members and corporate management systems. Among them, R&D expenses can be handled by specialized finance. The main highlights of scientific research members are: reducing the overall employee base and increasing the number of R&D personnel. The management system of the enterprise must be continuously improved.

4. Financial growth (20 points)

The financial growth of the company in the past three years must be above 25%. This indicator is mainly the growth rate of net assets and the growth rate of sales revenue. The full score for both is 10 Points. Take the application for National High School in 2017 as an example.

Net assets growth rate = 1/2* (net assets at the end of 2015 ÷ net assets at the end of 2014 + net assets at the end of 2016 ÷ net assets at the end of 2015) - 1

Sales revenue growth rate = 1/2*(2015 sales revenue ÷ 2014 sales revenue + 2016 sales revenue ÷ 2015 sales revenue)-1
