1. OPPO: The lens and sensor configuration is good, and the camera can be said to be top-notch. The camera is considered outstanding among domestic manufacturers, but not top-notch. Because of the dxomark mobile phone camera rankings, Huawei is ahead of Apple, while OPPO can't even make the list. Haha, OPPO does a good job in advertising and marketing. I was shooting at a show performance. I thought my brother was using Oppo R9, which is also a very good camera phone in the advertisement. But compared with the Mi 5 in my hand, there is still a gap. The real imaging quality is only as good as that of the Redmi series. At one point, it is incomparable to the current mainstream flagships. The only specialty is probably that the front camera is the same as the rear camera, so it does have an advantage when taking selfies. Oppo's sound quality is indeed good, after all, it is a Blu-ray DVD manufacturer.
Oppo has the best front camera. There should be no controversy about this, so its biggest selling point is taking selfies. If you love taking selfies, I recommend Oppo. The rear camera is nothing special, just average for the general public.
2. Huawei: It is the strongest in terms of dual cameras and algorithms. After all, it has been using dual cameras since 2015 and has cooperated with Leica. In terms of overall photography, Huawei is the second in China and the first is Taiwan. HTC. The Leica second-generation imaging technology of the p10 is a master of portrait photography. The advantages of dual lenses can better demonstrate blur technology than a single lens. Since the advent of Huawei Leica, mobile phone cameras have been separated from basic needs and have entered an era where the pursuit of photo style is the mainstream.
Huawei’s rear camera relies on digital blurring by algorithm, rather than optical blurring produced by a zoom lens. When taking pictures, the lower body is often clear, but the upper body and head are blurred (or vice versa). The photos taken of people are as scary as ghosts, the blur rate is very high, and overall the training is not very good (Huawei mate9). But after all, Huawei has Leica blessing, and the color reproduction is slightly better (provided that blurring is not turned on).
3. Xiaomi: The lens and sensor configuration are equally outstanding, and the flagship version is almost top-notch. In terms of dual-camera optimization, it is incomparable to Huawei's. Xiaomi's large-area sensor is also outstanding. Generally speaking, Xiaomi's photography is good among domestic products, but Xiaomi's advertising is not good. Xiaomi is born for enthusiasts and is the king of cost-effectiveness. Xiaomi’s selling point is always its system optimization and the world’s top processors, which are sold at ultra-low prices, but its selling point does not exclude photography. I have seen a lot of proofs of Xiaomi photos, but I didn’t notice the style of Xiaomi photography. I look forward to the cooperation between Xiaomi and Carl Zeiss to create photography imaging that is unique to Xiaomi Zeiss style.
Because Xiaomi has optical zoom, it has obvious advantages in taking long-distance shots (the effect is better if it is equipped with a three-axis gyro stabilizer, otherwise jitter will have a negative impact on the image quality), but there is a slight gap with Huawei in terms of color.
I think Xiaomi should be behind OPPO in taking photos, and OPPO is behind Huawei. Of course, when I talk about the lens configuration, I am referring to the new flagship models from the three manufacturers, the ones with PLUS. For other models, some are top-of-the-range and some are not, so you need to distinguish them yourself. If you love photographing other people and things, you can choose p10. If you like taking selfies, you can choose Oppo.
In addition, it depends on the price you accept. Huawei has a flagship model with Leica dual cameras, which is the first in the photography camp. Huawei P10p, the effect is very good, especially when the portrait mode is turned on to capture people, the effect is amazing, but the price is more than 4,000. 3500 to 4000 Huawei P10 and mate9 are also available. I don’t know how good the effect is of Honor v9 and so on under 3500. Although it also has dual cameras, it does not have Leica adjustment, so I have never used it. Oppo’s advertising is good, but if you try to take pictures, you must understand here that high pixels do not mean good pictures. In the past, Apple’s 8 million products sold for 20 million instantly. Xiaomi's photography can only be said to be average. I don't know how good the Mi 6 is.
