What is a fan cold storage and how is it made?

The cold storage air cooler is a type of cold storage evaporator (cooler is the common name in the industry). The function of the cold storage air cooler is to cool the low-temperature and low-pressure saturated refrigerant that will be used as the thermal expansion valve of the cold storage through the air cooler. The medium undergoes heat exchange to vaporize the saturated refrigeration and take away the heat in the cold storage. The cold storage air cooler is mainly composed of five important components such as cooling heat exchange exhaust pipe, axial flow fan, liquid distributor, frost holding device, and water tray. The high-pressure normal temperature liquid refrigerant from the cold storage condenser is throttled by the thermal expansion valve and directly enters the liquid separator of the cold storage air cooler for uniform liquid separation and then is sent to the heat exchange exhaust pipe for vaporization and heat absorption. The axial flow fan of the cold storage air cooler is responsible for forced convection circulation between the cold storage air cooler and the air in the cold storage to achieve the purpose of cold storage refrigeration. Since the surface temperature of the cold storage evaporator is lower than 0°C, as the cooling time increases, a frost layer will appear on the outer surface of the cold storage air cooler. The generation of these frost layers will not only seriously affect the heat transfer coefficient of the cold storage air cooler, but also cause the circulation of the cold storage air cooler. The air volume is greatly reduced. This will seriously affect the heat exchange rate of the cold storage air cooler and seriously reduce the operating performance of the cold storage equipment. In order to ensure that the cold storage air cooler has good heat exchange performance, the cold storage air cooler must be defrosted. At present, the most common defrost method for cold storage air coolers is electric defrost. Electric defrost has many advantages such as thorough defrost and automatic control. The distance between the back of the cold storage air cooler and the cold storage insulation board is at least 300MM, which is beneficial to air circulation in the cold storage and facilitates future maintenance. The air return port of the cold storage air cooler should be equipped with a U-shaped oil return bend to facilitate the return of refrigerated oil to the cold storage compressor. The outlet pipe of the cold storage fan should be set with a U-shaped bend to form a liquid seal to prevent air circulation inside and outside the storage. ?
