What is the ratio of Ge Fen to water when pueraria powder is used to make jelly?

Pueraria lobata powder is jelly-like when cooked.

1. Take 1-3 bags of wild Ge Fen from Taigong Mountain and pour them into a bowl. Note: there can't be hot water in the bowl, and cold water doesn't matter. 2. Secondly, use cold boiled water, which must be cold. When heated, it will solidify into blocks. There should be neither too much nor too little water. If it just overflows Ge Fen, it can be dispersed. It is best not to feel resistance when stirring. 3. After mixing, you can see that Ge Fen has completely merged into the water. (1) Slowly pour boiling water above 95 degrees, while stirring until it becomes translucent paste. Note: The water in the water dispenser is not warm enough to be cooked. ⑵ Pour Ge Fen into a container, add a proper amount of cold boiled water, stir well, and put it in a microwave oven for over 90 degrees for 60 seconds. (3) Fire, boiling Ge Fen into translucent paste with cold water. After soaking in the above three methods, it will taste better if you add various jams, miscellaneous grains powder or honey according to your preference.
