First, the content introduction

KYF- 160 aerated mechanical stirring flotation machine can be used for separation of nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and nonmetallic minerals and sewage treatment industries. Its working principle is as follows: when the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is sucked out from the lower end of the impeller through the bottom of the tank. At the same time, the low-pressure air sent by the blower enters the air distributor in the impeller cavity through the hollow spindle and enters the impeller blades through the small holes around the distributor. After the pulp and air are fully mixed between the impeller blades, they are discharged from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller. The discharged ore flows obliquely upwards and enters the whole tank after being stably oriented by the stator installed obliquely above the impeller. Mineralized bubbles rise to the tank surface to form foam, which overflows into the foam chute. Part of the pulp returns to the impeller area for recycling, and the other part enters the lower tank through the circulating holes on the wall between the tanks for re-separation. The slurry level of KYF- 160 flotation machine is detected by the liquid level transmitter, converted into a standard signal of 4 ~ 20 Ma, sent to the controller to display the liquid level value, and compared with the set value. According to the direction and magnitude of the difference, the corresponding control signal is output and sent to the pneumatic actuator, and the drawing cone valve will make corresponding changes to ensure that the slurry level is maintained at the set value.

During the industrial test of KYF- 160 flotation machine, the maximum aeration can reach 2m3/(m2 min); The actual electricity consumption is between 107 ~ 1 13 kW.

The key technologies and innovations of this equipment are as follows:

1) unique impeller-stator structure. The impeller adopts backward inclined blades with high specific speed, large circulation and low pressure head, so that the pulp is fully suspended and the ore particles are evenly distributed; Low damping direct suspension stator, stable radial ore flow.

2) Innovative double foam tank and double push foam cone tank structure. The inner foam tank also has the function of pushing foam, which ensures the smooth discharge of flotation foam in time, which is beneficial to shortening the foam transportation distance, increasing the foam thickness and stabilizing the foam layer.

3) Pre-distribution directional flow air distributor. Uniform air dispersion, reasonable flow path of aerated pulp, large bubble surface area and high flotation efficiency.

The slurry level and aeration amount of the equipment are automatically controlled, which has the advantages of convenient operation, stable operation, stable index and obvious energy-saving effect.

Second, popularization and application

KYF- 160 flotation machine is the largest flotation equipment in China at present. Its success in the industrial test of Jinchuan Group Company further improved and verified the similar amplification theory of large-scale flotation machine independently put forward in China, which laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the full series design theory of single tank capacity of this type of flotation machine from 1 m3 to 160 m3, and improved the maturity of the equipment.

The equipment can be widely used in the separation of large-scale non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic mineral mining enterprises. With the sustained and strong growth of China's economy and the deepening of the reform of large state-owned enterprises, its popularization and application prospects are very considerable.
