Chinese citizens who support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions can register for the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination:
1. Over 18 years old, with full qualifications Capacity for civil conduct;

4. Have engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.

Possessing a degree from a higher education institution in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or abroad, or If you apply for a degree certificate, your academic qualifications or degree certificate must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. If you meet the academic qualifications or degree requirements, you can register to take the exam.
Master's degree students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities who have completed two years of study, and doctoral students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities,
2; There is no conflict between the judicial examination and the agent examination , but agents holding these two certificates are very popular. You are still very early in your junior year of college, and it will take you at least 2 years after graduation to be eligible to take the agent exam.
