Patent examination in the United States is very efficient. As long as novelty and creativity are sufficient, the process from filing a patent application to obtaining authorization in the United States, including replying to the examination opinions, can generally be completed in three years, which is similar to that in China. There are still several patents in our company that will be granted in more than two years, which can be said to be very soon.
Relatively speaking, it is much slower to apply for a patent in European countries. Five-year application is very fast, and it is common to be in the examination stage after 7-8 years.
