There are three kinds of patent applications that are not practical:
(1), contrary to the laws of nature
Applications that obviously violate the laws of nature usually violate the law of conservation of energy or the second law of thermodynamics.
(2) There is no positive effect.
The technical scheme of an application for a patent for invention or utility model is obviously useless, divorced from social needs and not practical.
(3) products with unique natural conditions
If the products obtained by using the unique natural conditions are unique, they cannot be manufactured and applied in industry, so they are not practical.
