This screw ship unloader is the first domestic complete set of equipment, independently developed and manufactured by Suqian Power Plant of National Energy Group, with a rated production capacity of 500 tons/hour and a maximum production capacity of 1000 tons/hour, taking into account the loading and unloading of 500-3,000 tons of coal bulk carriers. The equipment adopts screw special feeding device, take-up head drive device, vertical screw device, vertical screw intermediate bracket and electrical control system with independent intellectual property rights, and is optimized and upgraded to ensure the smooth operation of screw mechanism and reliable operation of the whole machine. Full frequency conversion, remote control, semi-automatic control and other technologies simplify the operation and improve the accuracy. The spiral ship unloader can realize fully enclosed transportation of coal, and fundamentally solve the problems of efficiency, energy consumption and dust pollution of traditional ship unloader. The efficiency of ship unloading can reach 70%, the dust at each dust discharge point of coal unloading is 2mg/m3, and the energy consumption of the whole machine is 0.608 kW h/t, which is far superior to the traditional grab ship unloader, effectively keeping the red line of environmental protection, realizing the green "zero pollution" of the dock and connecting the Yangtze River and the canal coal.
