What is the reason for submitting Form 3 in Russian patent?

In the process of Russian patent application, if the applicant has applied for the same patent in other countries, once the status of the same patent changes (such as application, disclosure, examination, authorization and withdrawal), it is necessary to submit information (FORM3) to the Russian Patent Office within 3 months from the date of change, otherwise the Russian patent may be revoked in the later stage because FORM3 is not provided.
