Senior engineers are initially divided into two levels and three categories: senior engineers (deputy senior), researcher-level senior engineers (Gao Zheng) and professor-level senior engineers (Gao Zheng).
Senior engineer corresponds to associate professor of education, research associate researcher, researcher-level senior engineer corresponds to research researcher, and professor-level senior engineer corresponds to education professor.
The Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Deepening the Reform of the Professional Title System of Engineering and Technical Talents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 16) clearly stipulates that from February of 19, full senior engineers will be added, and senior titles can be divided into deputy senior and full senior.
After obtaining the title of engineer, the performance and achievement requirements meet one of the following conditions:
(1) new products, new materials, new equipment, new technology, etc. What the company has developed or undertaken has been put into production, and the comparable technical and economic indicators are at a high level in China.
(2) As the main inventor, he obtained an invention patent with high economic and social benefits.
(3) The technical reports of the key projects involved have high technical level, in-depth technical demonstration, and complete and accurate survey, design and test data.
(4) The published research results in this field have been recognized by peer experts.
(5) As the main editor-in-chief, participate in the compilation of technical standards or specifications of industries at or above the provincial and ministerial levels.
