Corrected patent name

No matter whether the time limit for active correction has passed or not, the name of the patent application cannot be modified by active correction unless there is obvious non-compliance with the provisions of the Patent Law or obvious typos. If you really need to change the patent name, you can explain the project change, and provide proof or opinion statement of the change to see if the examiner agrees with your modification.
