What should I do if I entrust others to manufacture products and patent infringement occurs?

Paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Patent Law: After the patent right for invention and utility model is granted, except as otherwise provided in this Law, no unit or individual may exploit its patent without the permission of the patentee, that is, it may not manufacture, use, promise to sell, sell or import its patented product for production and business purposes, nor may it use its patented method and use, promise to sell, sell or import the product directly obtained according to the patented method.

Shall not manufacture, use, promise to sell, sell or import its patented products for production and business purposes. If it is made by you, whether you know that the product is an infringing product or not, and whether you have any agreement with the entrusting party, you can't be exempted from the tort liability.

After being sued for infringement, the client may be required to be the person responsible for the infringement, or a lawsuit may be brought against the client to demand compensation from the other party.
