Zhu Hailin

Zhu Hailin, male, Ph.D., professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, Changzhou University, tutor of master students. Mainly engaged in the scientific research of gear pump, optimization design and system reliability, and engaged in the teaching of mechanical engineering testing technology, mechanical optimization design and system reliability design. He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation research project 1, published more than 90 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, and authorized 2 domestic invention patents.

1) "eighth five-year plan" scientific and technological key projects:100t development of fault diagnosis and monitoring device for hydraulic system of mining dump truck, research on non-contact measurement of pipeline flow and fault diagnosis of flow signal hydraulic system.

2) Natural Science Foundation Project of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education: Research on New Gear Pump for High Viscosity Liquid Transportation. The project has passed the appraisal of the provincial science and technology department, and the acceptance conclusion is "excellent". The guidance for the safe operation of high-viscosity gear pumps summarized in this project was reprinted in the 3554th and 356 1 issues of China Chemical Industry News respectively, and users specially called for advice.

3) Changzhou industrial science and technology key project: research on key technologies and industrialization of high unloading loaders, and research on how to optimize the configuration of loader working mechanism to improve unloading height.

4) Changzhou Reducer General Factory Co., Ltd. Project: Research on Minimum Volume Optimization Design of RPG28 Planetary Reducer. On the premise of meeting the bearing capacity and strength, the gear reducer has the smallest volume and the lightest weight, which reduces the manufacturing cost.

5) Changzhou Science and Technology Key Project: Application and Promotion of Key Technologies of Manufacturing Informatization. The types, collection and processing of product-related data are analyzed and studied.

6) Changzhou Rongchi Engine Technology Co., Ltd. Project: Performance analysis of engine valve train. Aiming at the practical engineering problems existing in the design and analysis of engine valve train, the calculation method of motion law and motion characteristics (displacement, speed and acceleration) analysis of cam, rocker arm and valve is derived, which can evaluate the performance of existing valve train and redesign the cam profile curve.
