20/kloc-in September, 2005, Fujian Shunchang Hongrun Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongrun Company) found in the market that Xiamen Xike Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xike Company) produced and sold a large number of infringing products without the consent of Hongrun Company. For example, Xike A5000 and A6000 paperless recorders were counterfeit Hongrun NHR-8000 series paperless recorders. Infringed on the intellectual property rights of Hongrun Company. Hongrun Company sent a letter on 20 16 to inform Xike Company to stop the infringement, but Xike Company ignored it. In order to protect its legitimate rights and interests, Hongrun Company applied to Xiamen Municipal Market Supervision Administration (formerly Xiamen Intellectual Property Office) for administrative treatment, and then filed an administrative lawsuit. On July 30th, 20 19, Fujian Higher People's Court made an administrative judgment of Min Hang Zhong No.302, and found that the products produced by Xike Company were basically the same as our patent for appearance design of "instrument cabinet" in terms of overall modeling and front panel design. At this point, Hongrun Company's four-year rights protection behavior was supported by law, and the Fujian Provincial High Court finally determined that Xiamen Xike paperless recorder had patent infringement.
We hereby inform the users of Xike Company that it is illegal to continue to use infringing products, and Hongrun Company will investigate the infringer's tort liability according to law, including ordering to stop production and sales; Destroy infringing products, publicly apologize and demand compensation for economic losses.
