Steps for the project team
1. Project team self-examination
①The person in charge of each project team fills in as required Mid-term inspection report (innovation training and entrepreneurship training projects completed the "Mid-term inspection report of the College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Project")
② Make a mid-term inspection defense PPT, and provide phased results and related supporting materials.
2. College inspection
The project leader will report the specific situation of the project to the inspection team of experts in relevant fields organized by the college, and conduct a centralized defense (online defense will be conducted during the epidemic).
3. School re-inspection
The Daiso Project Management Office will conduct random inspections of project status, and re-inspect national-level projects through material review and online defense; School-level projects undergo material review and inspection.
4. Submission of materials
① After the inspection, the project team must upload the mid-term inspection report to the "Harbin University of Commerce College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Intelligent Management System" (school platform) in accordance with relevant requirements ).
②Provincial-level and above projects also need to log in to the "Heilongjiang Provincial College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Platform" (provincial platform) to complete the entry of quarterly reports (at least 2 times) and mid-term inspection reports.
