At present, several major companies in the world, such as Cree, Lumilends, Riya and other high-end LED packages have patent protection. These companies have high requirements for post-process packaging, and the LED life is guaranteed. However, in most enterprises, there are many imitations of LED post-packaging, which have acceptable appearance, but their technological structure and quality are poor, thus seriously affecting the life of LED.
(3) The design of the lamp is a key issue that affects the life of the LED lamp.
In addition to meeting other indicators of lamps, a key problem of reasonable lamp design is to radiate the heat energy generated by LED lighting. The original high-quality LED products of Cree and other companies are used in different lamps, and the LED life can be several times or even dozens of times different. For example, the integrated light source lamps (single 30 W, 50 W, 100 W) sold in the market now have poor heat dissipation at the contact part between the light source and the heat dissipation channel, which leads to the light attenuation of some products exceeding 50% after lighting 1-3 months. Some products have very fast light attenuation due to the lack of reasonable heat dissipation mechanism after using a small power tube of about 0.07 W. These products have low technical content.

Whether the power supply of lamps is reasonable or not will also affect their service life. Because LED is a current-driven device, if the power supply current fluctuates greatly or the pulse frequency of the power supply tip is high, the life of LED light source will be affected. The life of the power supply itself mainly depends on whether the power supply design is reasonable. On the premise of reasonable power supply design, the life of power supply depends on the life of components.
