The patent examination information query system has added the function of invalid information query.

It is understood that the new function of information inquiry for patent examination refers to that users of patent electronic applications and the public can inquire about the corresponding reexamination or invalid examination information in the system when the patent application enters the patent reexamination or patent invalidation procedure. The new public concern function means that after registering in the system, the public can pay attention to and inquire about the status of related patent applications, and receive the status change information of concerned patent applications through the registered mailbox. This new function enriches the contents that can be inquired by the patent examination information inquiry system in China and many countries. Through this system, users and the public of patent electronic applications can know the status and review information of published patent applications at various stages in time. At the same time, adding public attention function can realize case push, which is also a new attempt for automation department to improve system service ability and optimize user experience.
