While blowing the pipe, a powerful steam stream is ejected from the nozzle. Due to the impact and shearing of steam flow on the air around the nozzle, noise as high as 160db(A) is generated, which seriously affects the normal life and physical and mental health of residents within several square kilometers, pollutes the environment and poses a threat to personal safety and equipment safety. In order to solve the above problems and achieve the functions of reducing noise and collecting industrial wastes such as sundries, after years of practical research, our company specially introduced XG boiler tube blowing muffler.
