(1) Instructions (including drawings) submitted on the application date? And based on all technical contents disclosed in the claims, not limited to the contents recorded in the claims;
(2) Practicality has nothing to do with how the invention or utility model applied for was created or whether it has been implemented.
In other words, it can be manufactured or used in industry, and it can have a positive impact.
Being able to produce positive effects means that the economic, technical and social effects produced by a patent application on the filing date can be expected by technicians in their technical fields. These influences should be positive and beneficial.
