The report stated that the relevant person in charge stated that the platform consists of an online website and offline services, with 20 offline windows, providing services including intellectual property acceptance, intellectual property reporting, complaint and rights protection assistance, and intellectual property majors. There are 30 services in 6 categories including data services, providing services in 8 modules including patent application, rights protection, information, industry, operation, finance, training and consulting.
Take intellectual property acceptance services as an example. In the past, companies had to go to multiple departments to handle patent matters, which took 3-5 working days. Now, through the platform, all declaration matters can be completed in one hall on the same day. The platform will also provide intellectual property big data services, providing companies with patent information from more than 130 countries and regions.
According to the person in charge of the platform, the platform is expected to handle more than 150,000 patent service matters next year. Before March 2019, the platform will add intellectual property operations, intellectual property consulting and intellectual property financial services.
