This "animal husbandry artesian well" is a new type of scientific and technological product combining the geological and topographic characteristics of Altay region. It does not need electricity and other power, and does not need supporting facilities such as well houses. It is the first one at home and abroad. It is not only clean and hygienic, simple in construction, durable and convenient in management, but also economical and practical. The cost of a single well is more than 1, yuan, which saves more than 2, yuan in construction funds than the traditional five-supporting animal husbandry well construction and greatly reduces the construction cost. Local farmers and herdsmen affectionately call it. In 1996, the invention won the third prize of Altay Science and Technology Progress Award. In August 1997, the national invention patent was successfully applied for "Gravitational Well and Well Water Drainage Method". In the same year, the Water Resources Department of the autonomous region reported to the Ministry of Water Resources as a national high-quality project, and won the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the autonomous region in 21 and 23 respectively.
