How to charge efb battery

(1) Constant current charging (i.e. constant current charging, recommended): according to the open circuit voltage and specific gravity (20℃), the following table is supplemented.

(2) Constant voltage charging (i.e. constant voltage current-limiting charging).

Exhaust constant pressure 16.0V, limit current 2.5× conventional charging current, charging time16h.

Remarks: After charging in this way, the battery voltage may be artificially high. Therefore, the voltage value measured by standing for 4 hours after charging the battery will be more accurate.

Extended data

Structural features:

EFB battery adopts new alloy, new lead paste formula and new separator. These measures greatly improve the life, water loss and low-temperature start-up performance of EFB battery.

Unique compact assembly can effectively prevent lead paste from softening and falling off during battery use. The new patented design of the internal flow guide device of the battery can effectively prevent the acid from layering, and at the same time, the large cover adopts the "labyrinth" design, which effectively prevents the acid and acid mist from overflowing and increases the safety of the battery.

Precautions for use:

1, EFB batteries are strictly forbidden to be stored without power (the voltage cannot be lower than 12.6V).

2. It is forbidden to expose the EFB battery to the sun and store it in an unventilated place.

3. During the storage of 3.EFB batteries, it is forbidden to invert or tilt 45 for more than 60 minutes.

4.EFB batteries need to be recharged after being put aside for a long time, usually every three months.
