What is an integrated stove?

Integrated stove is a kitchen appliance that integrates multiple functions such as range hood, gas stove, disinfection cabinet and storage cabinet. The industry is also called environmental protection stove or integrated stove.

Integrated stove has the advantages of saving space, good oil smoke extraction effect, energy saving, low consumption and environmental protection. Generally, the oil absorption rate of integrated stoves reaches 95%, and the higher the oil smoke absorption rate, the better the quality. Some brands of integrated stoves have reached the limit of 99.95%. Integrated stoves are mainly divided into Hefei, Anhui, Haining/Shengzhou, Zhejiang and three industry, Zhongshan, Guangdong.

The most important technical parameters of integrated stove suction are air volume and air pressure.

Air volume: Generally speaking, the greater the air volume, the faster and more timely the kitchen fume is discharged. At rated voltage and rated frequency, the integrated stove runs at the highest speed. In a specific test device, when the static pressure value is zero, the corresponding exhaust air volume is not less than 2 1 m2/min.

Wind pressure: The greater the wind pressure, the stronger the integrated stove's ability to resist downwind. Wind pressure is an important index to measure the performance of integrated stove. If the smoke exhaust pipe is long or connected to the public flue, because of the great loss of smoke exhaust pressure, greater wind pressure is needed to ensure smoke exhaust.
