2. Fill in a patent technical disclosure (electronic document) carefully.
Please provide a copy of the inventor's personal ID card (electronic file).
4. If only one invention or utility model can be applied, and multiple patents can be applied at the same time, other inventions or utility models can be submitted separately, which has the advantage that the earliest application date can be the priority date.
Applicants can apply for invention patent and utility model patent at the same time, and UIBM will decide which patent to grant.
6. An application for a patent for invention and an application for a patent for utility model can be converted to each other. Applications can be submitted to any Italian chamber of commerce (forwarded) or sent directly to UIBM.
