Legal basis: Article 2 of the Notice on Implementing the New Deal of Talent Introduction and Settlement in Tianjin in 2020, the leading enterprises with direct recommendation qualification are determined to introduce urgently needed talents that meet the requirements of Paragraph 5 of Article 1 of these Measures, and the human resources department of the enterprise puts forward a list of suggestions for introducing urgently needed talents, which will be confirmed and signed by the chairman of the enterprise and reported to the district talent office; After the approval of the district talent office, the certificate of urgently needed talents will be issued; The human resources department of the enterprise or the talents themselves shall submit relevant materials online in accordance with the application method in the first paragraph of this article, and go through the formalities of quasi-relocation with the application materials to the joint examination window for introducing talents in the administrative service center of the planned settlement area. After receiving the certificate, all the imported talents will move out of their original accounts, and then go through the settlement procedures at the population service management centers or police stations of the corresponding public security bureaus.
