In any large-scale event, there will be some innovative designs, which contain a large amount of intellectual property. For example, the Olympic Games produced a large number of new patents, achievements, etc. Therefore, if the design of the World Expo pavilion is only a simple change in appearance and structure, it can be regarded as an appearance patent application, but if the original performance is changed through some design methods, such as benefits and advantages in energy saving, environmental protection, etc., it can become a scientific and technological achievement.
