I. Legal basis

II. Scope of service
Enterprises and their products with independent legal personality in this province that meet the requirements of laws, regulations and national industrial policies and voluntarily apply for famous brand products in China.
III. Application conditions
Meet the requirements of the evaluation catalogue of famous brand products in China in that year.
IV. Service Procedures
(1) Application
Enterprises that meet the application conditions truthfully fill out the Application Form for Famous Brand Products in China on a voluntary basis, provide relevant certification materials, and report to the Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision according to the specified date. By the Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision review, summary and report to the Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision.
The application materials mainly include:
1. A summary of the application of China famous brand products by enterprises;
ii. table 1- basic information of the enterprise;
iii. table 2- enterprise declaration and comprehensive evaluation table;
iv. table 3- basic information of sales volume of declared products in recent three years;
V. Table 4- Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision synthesizes the opinions of relevant departments and social organizations;
VI. Proof materials (original, copy or scanned copy);
1. declare the product, declare the photos of the product production line and the whole enterprise;
2. Enterprise business license and registered trademark certificate;
3. Other basic certificates (including 3C certification certificate, food safety market access certificate, production license certificate, measuring instrument license certificate, export quality license certificate, export food hygiene registration management certificate, etc.);
4. Sales volume and sales volume certificates issued by statistical departments at or above the prefecture level;
5. export volume and export certificate issued by the customs or foreign exchange administration department;
6. tax payment certificate issued by the tax authorities;
7. A copy of the standard adoption certificate and the first page of the adoption standard;
8. declare the test report of main performance indicators of products;
9. Obtained the certificate of advanced enterprise in quality management from AQSIQ;
1. Won the provincial quality management award certificate;
11. Obtained the provincial famous brand product certificate;
12. Obtained the certificate of well-known trademark;
13. Obtained quality system certification and environmental system certification;
14. Obtained HACCP certification;
15. Obtained the certification certificate of energy-saving products;
16. Number and number of people who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of quality specialty;
17. Explanatory materials on the construction of enterprise after-sales service outlets, the situation of "three guarantees" and the handling of consumer opinions;
18. relevant statements issued by accounting firms (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.);
19. new product certificate (above the provincial level);
2. Patent certificate and list;
21. certificate of national or provincial enterprise technology center;
22. Proof that the enterprise has established a postdoctoral mobile station;
(II) Acceptance and preliminary examination
After accepting the application materials of enterprises, the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will conduct preliminary examination on the application materials. Review the authenticity and accuracy of the materials, as well as the production, filling and certification of the application form whether the materials meet the specified requirements.
(III) Publicity
In order to ensure the authenticity of the data and accept the supervision of the society, according to the requirements of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will uniformly declare the data on the website of the provincial bureau. Publicity content: the name and brand of the declared enterprise, the sales volume, sales volume, export volume, export amount and tax paid by the declared product, etc., and the unit that issued the certificate shall be publicized (the publicity time is usually 7 days). The provincial bureau investigates and verifies the problems reflected in the publicity, and cancels the declaration qualification for enterprises that reflect the truth and do have problems and do not meet the declaration conditions.
(IV) Review Report
The Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision shall organize relevant departments and relevant social organizations to review the applicant enterprises within the prescribed time limit, and form recommendations, which shall be submitted to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the secretariat of China Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee.

Strictly abide by the principles of being scientific, open, just and fair, not charging enterprises and not increasing the burden on enterprises.
