The latest experimental data analysis shows that the adaptive maximum speed of maglev frame reaches 140 km per hour.
At present, domestic maglev trains running in Shanghai, Zhuzhou and Fangshan in Beijing all adopt Japanese core technology. Changzhou maglev frame has independent intellectual property rights, especially its motor and suspension frame structure have adopted a brand-new design, and its suspension capacity and self-weight ratio have been significantly improved. The one-meter-long maglev frame can carry 2.3 tons. In terms of maximum running speed and minimum curve passing capacity, it has surpassed the fastest record of medium-and low-speed maglev trains with an hourly speed of 1 10 km maintained by Japan.
The energy efficiency of the new generation maglev is close to that of the subway, but the cost is only one third of that of the subway, with small turning radius, no noise and energy saving. Because the medium and low speed maglev train has little influence on the ground vibration, it has a broad application prospect in urban rail transit. Next month, the maglev train will go to Shanghai for a complete vehicle test. After a year of trial operation, it is expected to be built in Jinan and Shandong first.
