2. Mix yellow coarse granulated sugar, yellow granulated sugar and white granulated sugar with the same weight, then add a few drops of ivory edible pigment gel and stir well. After stirring evenly, the coarse sugar and colored sugar particles still keep their original colors. In order to prevent the gel color sugar mixture from caking, add a little corn starch and stir well. After adding corn starch, the colored sugar gel mixture is no longer blocky, even and smooth.
3. Cut starfish biscuits into starfish-shaped biscuits, cake cabinet dough mixer and tray bread cabinet, and evenly coat them with yellow icing. When the icing is still wet, quickly pour the prepared colored sugar gel mixture on it.
4. Then put the starfish cookies in the coffee filter paper and shake off the extra colored sugar particles. Then put it in a baking tray until the icing hardens.
